Indulge in an immersive cinema experience like no other at the UK's largest cinema screen.
Launching in January 2026, the BFI IMAX presents a new monthly series that gives viewers the opportunity to watch the acclaimed filmmaker’s breathtaking work in IMAX 70mm on the biggest cinema screen in the country.
This new series is part of the buildup to the eagerly awaited summer release of Nolan’s next epic – The Odyssey (launching 17 July), a massive new adaptation of Homer's ancient Greek work starring Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Zendaya, Robert Pattinson and Anne Hathaway to name just a few.
Travel through time, space, history and memory on an exploration through the cinematic worlds of Christopher Nolan, with each film playing chronologically – from The Dark Knight Trilogy in January to Oppenheimer in June.
Incredibly, all of these films will be shown in 70mm. With the BFI IMAX being one of only a handful of IMAX cinemas worldwide that are capable of screening IMAX 70mm, we advise you don’t delay too long on buying a ticket!
