Who doesn't love a little Happy Hour cocktail or two, especially when they are prepped by some of the best mixologists in the world?!
For the first time, the multi-award-winning Lyaness cocktail bar at the luxurious Sea Containers London, is running a Happy Hour, albeit "the Lyaness way".
Available Monday to Friday from 5pm to 7pm, the Lyaness Happy Hour menu serves up classics reimagined with that extra special Mr Lyan touch. Think playful, polished, and quietly indulgent, enjoyed with a variety of small plates designed for easy sharing.
What's on the menu?
The 'classics with a Lyaness twist' are all price at £12 and include: Ruby Old Fashioned, made with Johnnie Walker Black Ruby whisky, fermented chocolate and bitters; the Bramble with Tapatio tequila, matchstick grenadine, blackberry and lemon, Rhubarb Spritz that is also available as a booze-free cocktail for £7 and the Pawpaw Daisy with rum, tropical beer, passion fruit and lime.
You can also opt to keep things simple with a Lyaness Martini, easily one of the best martinis you can try - and to for that extra James Bond edge they will make it your way, however you like!
On the small plates side of things options include oysters, croquettes and popcorn Buffalo chicken.
