FREE South Bank walking tours are back for spring
In partnership with Lambeth Tour Guides Association, free guided walking tours of South Bank are back for the spring.
Tucked away next to the St Thomas Hospital, the Florence Nightingale Museum is an extensive and insightful museum that pays tribute to the life and work of the pioneering nurse and statistician Florence Nightingale, and to her fellow nursing contemporary Mary Seacole.
In time for the school holidays, the museum has launched a brand-new family activity pack and museum trail designed to engage and inspire children as they explore the museum at their own pace. The family pack is filled with games, puzzles, investigation tasks and other challenges that bring the museum exhibits to life in a fun and educational way.
During the Easter holidays (29 March-14 April) the museum is offering half-price entry to families. The family trail activity pack is included in the entrance ticket, as is a make-and-take crafting activity inspired by the exhibits on display.
To take advantage of the half-price tickets, book your tickets online here at the museum website and quote the discount code family2024 at the checkout.
The ½ price family ticket offer is available from 29 March to 14 April. A family ticket is valid for two adults and up to four children and with the 50% discount costs just £15. Note that the museum is closed on Mondays.
