Halloween at the BFI and BFI IMAX

Watch a horror classic on the big screen at the BFI Southbank or the BFI IMAX, where there's a bumper programme of cult classics and new releases hitting the big screens. Highlights to look out for include a brand new remastered director's cut of Ken Russell's The Devils, a special BFI IMAX 70mm screening of Sinners, all-time favourites like The Rocky Horror Picture Show and The Shining, as well as spooky animated features for the kids such as Frankenweenie and Tim Burton's Corpse Bride.

Curse of the Mummy at The London Dungeon

This Halloween, live and breathe the tales of those who paid a dark price for disturbing restless spirits at London's home of all things Halloween – The London Dungeon at County Hall. Unwrap the story behind one of London’s most ominous and unsettling legends, the curse of the ‘Unlucky Mummy’ and encounter the gruesome misfortunes wrought by this ancient spirit that the Victorian elites unwisely chose to disturb.

Fright on the Thames

Embark on a 40-minute ghost tour boat journey with London Eye River Cruises along the Thames and learn about infamous, horrifying stories of creepy murderers and angry ghosts from London’s past.

Listen out for the phantom cries that haunt the bridges crossing the river and watch as the spooky on-board actors share London’s most terrifying ghost stories.  Tickets include a glass of prosecco or a hot chocolate to enjoy while you cruise the river.

A Drag Show Brunch – Lady Gaga Halloween Special

Calling all little monsters! The Grand's Dream Team is back at Between the Bridges for this extra special Halloween edition of the Drag Show Brunch. The spook-tacular lineup of scream Queens; Cheryl Hole, Elektra Fence, Michael Marouli and Miss Leigh Ding will be celebrating the one and only Mother Monster – Lady Gaga. Come dressed in your Gaga best and get ready to party. From 11:30–15:30, tickets from £22.

Halloween Fest at Between the Bridges

WHEN: Sat 31 Nov

Get dressed up in your most outrageous costumes and join your hostess with the ghostness, Elektra Fence, at this massive Halloween takeover. For their final Halloween on the South Bank, Between the Bridges is going large this free festival taking over the whole space. The party kicks off from 4pm with resident DJ demons Guilty Pleasures, a Madonna vs Britney tribute battle, the Ultimate Costume Parade and Drag Emo Karaoke all on the programme. Entrance is free!
