Halloween at BFI Southbank

Watch a horror classic on the big screen at the BFI Southbank this Halloween!

Every year, the BFI presents a brilliant programme of Halloween favourites, mixing horror styles and genres to bring you the perfect mix of jump scares and cult classics.

This year's lineup includes several special screenings of the director's cut of Ken Russell's iconic The Devils. Censored from its original release, Russell’s intense film features career-defining performances from the utterly magnetic Oliver Reed and Vanessa Redgrave. "A searing vision of religious persecution, collective hysteria and institutional corruption", the film became one of cinema’s most legendarily compromised works as it was censored for over half a century.

Also coming to the BFI Southbank's screens this Halloween are a remastered version of the 1958 Dracula starring Christopher Lee, Tim Burton's delightful Corpse Bride, Pan's Labyrinth, and the 1982 cult-favourite horror anthology Creepshow.
