One of the most revered drink festivals of its kind, London Cocktail Week returns this October and some of South Bank’s top bars are taking part.

Every year, venues across London serve up a blend of signature cocktails for the special price of just £8 to Festival Wristband holders, allowing you to experience new flavours in stylish settings, for a fabulously discounted price.

Here’s a rundown of all the venues in South Bank and the luxurious libations on offer.

Gillray’s Bar

With over 100 different varieties to try, Gillray’s is a gin lovers paradise! Throw in some beautiful leather chesterfield sofas, rich oak-panelled walls and views out over The Houses of Parliament, and you’ve got one seriously stylish cocktail bar.

For London Cocktail Week, Gillray’s have teamed up with Engine Dry Gin, Pommery Brut, and Everleaf Forest to present three stunning drinks.

Gran Torino

A discerning take on a ford cocktail, this martini style cocktail combines Engine gin, Martini dry vermouth, Benedictine D.O.M. liqueur, Cynar liqueur and salt solution.

Pomme Granatum

An elegant blend of Pommery Brut Champagne and pomegranate liqueur.

LCW Non-alcoholic Cocktail >> Tai Mai

The saffron, orange blossom and vanilla notes of Everleaf Forest are mixed with orgeat syrup, pineapple juice, passionfruit puree, lime juice and topped with cucumber tonic water to create a unique take on a non-alcoholic Mai Tai.

Art Yard Bar & Kitchen

The bright and airy Art Yard at the creatively chic Bankside Hotel offers a sumptuously stylish setting to sip on a cocktail or two.  Living up to its name, Art Yard’s interior is adorned with striking visuals, right through from paintings and sketches covering the walls to the cubist-patterned floor. So you know your cocktails are going to be equally stylish.

Our Bee’s Knees

You can’t get more local than honey syrup made from the hives of the bees that reside on the hotel roof! Add London dry gin and lemon juice and you’ve got one very elegant cocktail befitting this stylish space.

Skylon

Set on the third floor of Royal Festival Hall in the Southbank Centre, Skylon’s Grand Central Bar is renowned for its innovative cocktails and extensive wine list. With floor to ceiling windows spanning the full width of the venue, nowhere offers such a panoramic view of the South Bank riverside, making it the ideal venue to kick back with a cocktail.

The Skylon Mule

Skylon’s unique take on a mule blends El Jimador blanco tequila, ginger liqueur, lime juice, agave syrup and Angostura bitters, topped up with ginger beer.

12th Knot

The chic and stylish 12th Knot set on the rooftop of Sea Containers London is one of South Bank's top bars to see and be seen. Featuring full length windows the length of the bar, you can sit back on sumptuously soft sofas and enjoy breathtaking views of the London skyline and St. Paul's.
