If you love all things gourmet sandwiches, then you may well be familiar with Fraser Searle's Sensational Sandwiches, a social media account devoted to making the most incredible sandwiches boasting more than 2 million followers.
In December Fraser opened his very first bricks and mortar spot - the Sensational Sandwiches Shop - located inside South Bank's Big Belly Bar, where it shares space with other delicious street food stalls, including Pizza Baby and Rice Guys.
A lot goes into creating a new Sensational Sandwich for the menu at the shop, and to celebrate the launch of his latest creation, he will be giving dozens of them away for free at Big Belly Bar!
What's the sandwich?
Just in time for Easter, the new sandwich is a bumper take on a breakfast sandwich that heroes the humble egg. Inside is hot honey 'nduja jam, grilled mortadella, fried Golden Yorker eggs and melted cheddar.
Where can I find it?
Sensational Sandwiches is located inside the Big Belly Bar and Comedy Club behind the Sea Containers building (five minutes' walk from Blackfriars Station).
When can I try a sandwich for free?
This new Sensational Sandwich creation will be available for free on Friday 3 April and Saturday 4 April from 11:30am (while stocks last). If the launch is anything like their last major drop in December, a major queue is to be expected, so be prepared to get in line!
