Old Dirty Brasstards Christmas Anthems

FRI 6 DEC at Between the Bridges

Old Dirty Brasstards are a ten-piece tweed-clad brass band known for their high-energy renditions of pop classics. Especially for the festive season they are hosting an epic Christmas-themed show at Between the Bridges, performing a set list that is jam-packed with festive anthems by the likes of Mariah Carey, The Pogues, East 17 and so many more!

London Gay Men's Chorus: Christmas Bop

Christmas Bop is a vintage show featuring festive classics that capture the sound of an era when rock and roll, jive and bunny hop filled the airwaves. Led by the singers of the acclaimed London Gay Men’s Chorus, this is a fun and energetic concert to get you in the festive spirit with a songbook packed with '50s and '60s classics like ‘Jingle Bell Rock’, ‘I Saw Daddy Kissing Santa Claus’ and ‘Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree’.

Côr Y Boro Borough Welsh Choir

Explore the museum and discover the fascinating history of nursing pioneer Florence Nightingale, before a captivating choir performance from Côr Y Boro Borough Welsh Choir. The evening also includes the opportunity to craft your own Victorian Christmas cards and of course, mince pies and a drink to toast the season are included with your tickets!

SAT 14 DEC & SUN 15 DEC at Royal Festival Hall, Southbank Centre

Perfect for the entire family, sing along to a selection of traditional carols alongside contemporary Christmas favourites at this popular festive concert at the Royal Festival Hall. Getting you into the Christmas spirit is the London Philharmonic Orchestra with the London Philharmonic Choir on Saturday and on Sunday the Philharmonia Orchestra and the Philharmonia Chorus.

Christmas Carols by Candlelight

SUN 15 DEC at St John's Waterloo Church

Get into the festive spirit with the annual Christmas carols by candlelight service at St John’s Waterloo church. Singers from St John’s Church Choir, Coin Street Community Choir and Take Note Chamber Choir come together to perform Christmas favourites and special choral pieces at this traditional carol-singing evening. While admission is free there’s a suggested donation of £10 to raise money for two fantastic local community initiatives; the Coin Street community's Warm Hubs activities, and St John's Room For You.

Bryn's Christmas

MON 16 DEC at Royal Festival Hall, Southbank Centre

Legendary Welsh bass-baritone Bryn Terfel hosts this festive evening of beloved Christmas carols and orchestral pieces. Accompanied by the acclaimed Welsh National Opera Orchestra, this musical evening promises to be the perfect festive treat. Audiences can look forward to a superb programme of beloved Christmas carols in English and Welsh, plus some fabulous seasonal orchestral pieces., plus special guest performances by the world-renowned soprano Pumeza Matshikiza.
