Get into the festive spirit with the annual Christmas carols by candlelight service at the beautifully renovated St John’s Waterloo church.
Singers from St John’s Church Choir, Coin Street Community Choir and Take Note Chamber Choir come together to perform Christmas favourites and special choral pieces at this traditional carol-singing evening.
Get in the festive spirit by joining in on a carol or two and stick around after the service to shop the Christmas stalls and enjoy some mulled wine and mince pies.
While admission is free there’s a suggested donation of £10 to raise money for two fantastic local community initiatives; the Coin Street community's Warm Hubs activities, and St John's Room For You, an initiative that aims to combat loneliness and social isolation through providing English language classes, art and creativity, counselling, advice and sharing food together at St John’s.
