The Dark Knight Trilogy in 70mm IMAX

Launching in January 2026, the BFI IMAX presents a new monthly series - Christopher Nolan on Film - that gives viewers the opportunity to watch Christopher Nolan's breathtaking work in IMAX 70mm on the biggest cinema screen in the country. This new series is part of the buildup to the eagerly awaited summer release of Nolan’s next epic – The Odyssey (launching 17 July) with new screenings every month.

The Christopher Nolan retrospective kicks off in January with screenings of all three films in the iconic Dark Knight Trilogy.

All of these films will be shown in 70mm. With the BFI IMAX being one of only a handful of IMAX cinemas worldwide that are capable of screening IMAX 70mm, we advise you don’t delay too long on buying a ticket!
