On 8 and 9 June the Major League Baseball World Tour comes to London with the New York Mets taking on the Philadelphia Phillies in a two-game regular-season series at London Stadium.
The all-American dive bar Passyunk Avenue on Leake Street is the beating heart of the American Sports Fans community in the UK and of course they are going all out for this year’s World Tour!
In celebration of the baseball series the Leake Street graffiti tunnel will be transformed into a two-day American food festival honouring Philadelphia’s iconic Reading Terminal Market.
Expect a great array of American food and drink stalls, live DJ sets and entertainment, competitive street games, live media broadcasts and of course a giant open-air screen inside the tunnel where they will be screening the Mets vs Phillies game live.
The market opens from 11am–9pm and entrance is free.
