Celebrating the work of the next generation of innovative theatre designers from across the UK, the Linbury Prize for Stage Design is a superb showcase of the most innovative theatre design.
On display at the National Theatre throughout the winter, this free exhibition showcases the work of twelve designers nominated for a Linbury Prize this year.
The exhibition presents original designs created for a wide range of productions, accompanied by plenty of detail from the designers shedding light on their creative process and inspirations. The exhibits look at elements of set design, props, costumes and lighting, illustrated through model boxes, sketches, costumes, life-sized puppetry, digital stage designs and production photography.
You can find the exhibition on display at the Lyttelton Lounge in the upper level of the National Theatre foyer (next to the entrance to Forza Wine).
