Launched in 2010, London Cocktail Week partners with top cocktail bars across the city, ranging from hidden speakeasies to iconic hotel bars, live music venues and dreamy rooftop destinations, for a week of exciting promotions devoted to the art of mixology.
As part of the festival, each venue is encouraged to create a unique signature cocktail, especially for Cocktail Week. Cocktail connoisseurs can then buy a London Cocktail Week wristband and enjoy these special tipples for just £9 (or less!) at hundreds of different bars across London.

With over 100 different varieties to try, Gillray’s is a gin lovers paradise! Throw in a wonderfully atmospheric Edwardian setting and views out over The Houses of Parliament, and you’ve got a seriously plush location for enjoying excellent cocktails this week. This year, there are two London Cocktail Week drinks on offer:
The Imperialist - £9
Monkey 47 Gin, raspberry liqueur, vanilla syrup, lemon juice and English Sparkling Wine.
Golden Margarita - £9
Código 1530 Blanco Tequila, apricot cognac liqueur, lemon juice and honey syrup.
Gillray's is also hosting four cocktail masterclasses this year in partnership with Monkey47. Hosted in a private room, this is an intimate in-person event where you will get to work at your own individual cocktail station under the guiding hand of a resident mixologist. Following a welcome cocktail on arrival, you'll learn how to create two exclusive Monkey 47 gin cocktails during the class and get your own cocktail kit to take home with you. Sessions run on Thu 16 Oct and Fri 17 Oct at 6pm and 8pm. Tickets cost £50 and can be booked here.
The bright and airy Art Yard at the creatively chic Bankside Hotel offers a sumptuously stylish setting to sip on a cocktail or two. Living up to its name, Art Yard’s interior is adorned with striking visuals, right through from paintings and sketches covering the walls to the cubist-patterned floor - and keeping on theme, the cocktails are equally stylish.

The chic 12th Knot bar, set on the rooftop of Sea Containers London is one of South Bank's top bars to see and be seen. Full-length windows run the entire length of the bar, allowing you to sit back on sumptuously soft sofas and enjoy breathtaking views of the London skyline and St. Paul's.

Bombay Sapphire Gin, green herbal liqueur, dill, lime juice, cucumber and sugar syrup.
Jappy Colada - £6 (NON-ALC)
Citrus botanical spirit, orgeat, chamomile, lime juice, fresh pineapple, elderflower, vanilla, coconut cream and coconut water.
