George Miller returns for a fifth installment of his kinetic, post-apocalypse action series, this time focusing on the origin story of the legendary driver.

The appearance of Mad Max: Fury Road in 2015 not only saw the return of an iconic action hero, George Miller's dystopian sci-fi spectacular bettered the original trilogy, comprised a series of stunning set-pieces and introduced us to hell-driver Furiosa. The character takes centre stage in this off-shoot and is now played by Anya Taylor-Joy.

This is the story of how Furiosa came to be one of the most feared outlaws in a world that has descended into chaos.
