Standing high above the hustle and bustle of Waterloo Station this contemporary pub opens from 8am for breakfast and is an all-day venue serving lunch, dinner and splendid Sunday roasts.
A great spot to meet for drinks before or after a journey, this is a chic, lively pub with a broad choice of wines by the glass and bottle, as well as all the most popular craft beer options.
If you're coming to South Bank for a show Victory is an ideal place to drop in for food or drinks beforehand with plenty of space usually meaning you don't need to worry about having left it late to grab a table before the performance.
The lunch and dinner menu features plenty of favourites like fish and chips, smash burgers and elegant small plates like arancini and prawn tempura. For mains the expertly marinated souvlaki are a Victory signature served with hummus, salad, tzatsiki and pitta breads.
Serving breakfast from 8am to 11:45am this is also a handy spot to fill up before you head off for a day of sightseeing with everything from bacon sandwiches to the full English on the menu.
Across its walls, Victory pays tribute to the station’s 175-year history, and nods to the wider dynamic story of the railways, with a wealth of old posters, paintings and photography on display. Sitting directly above the famous Victory Arch entrance to the station, one of the stand-out features of the pub is of course that distinctive half-moon window that sits at the centre of the arch.
