The Southbank Centre celebrates its 75th birthday on 3 May with this spectacular event created, directed and designed by Danny Boyle, Gareth Pugh and Carson McColl, with collaborators Paulette Randall and Sabrina Mahfouz.

Explore the whole Southbank Centre site as you dive into an all-encompassing spectacle 'on the move' that promises to be an "electrifying journey through 75 years of British music, dance, theatre, fashion and film".

Improbable sound clashes, massed choreography, art, film, live music and spoken word inspired by youth scenes and counterculture from 1951 to now, come together in a thrilling experience directed by Danny Boyle (the genius behind the 2012 Olympic opening ceremony) and starring an epic cast of hundreds.

Rebellion meets euphoria, as You Are Here brings history to life on a trip from punk to grime, northern soul to acid house, dancehall to disco.

Channelling the joy, wit and supreme originality of generations of young people who have driven British culture forward, this promises to be an unforgettable celebration of the impact of British youth culture on music, fashion and rebellious politics.
