Women By Women: Shattering refugee stereotypes and narratives is a photography exhibition presented by ActionAid that champions the inspirational stories of women and girl refugees and the remarkable talent of women photographers worldwide.
The exhibition hosted at the gallery@oxo at Oxo Tower Wharf celebrates the leadership of women living through displacement who are shattering stereotypes about refugees and women seeking asylum from persecution or serious harm.
Featuring images by photographers in Poland, Uganda, Bangladesh, Turkey and Columbia, Women By Women also highlights the vital work of women-led organisations providing life-saving support to refugees.
