Sundae Lyan x Marcelo's

Sunday Lyan is a monthly party at the multi-award-winning cocktail bar Lyaness that sees the Lyaness team joining forces with other top mixologists and creative-types to debut new flavours and once-off collab cocktails.

Lyaness closes out August with an extra special edition of Sunday Lyan in partnership with the playful, small-batch south London artisanal ice cream brand, Marcelo’s.

Expect limited-run ice cream and cocktail pairings, including new drinks inspired by Marcelo’s unique flavours and fresh ice cream scoops created from Lyaness’ unusual cocktail ingredients, plus exclusive Lyaness x Marcelo’s merch and the finest DJ sets all night.

Some of the highlights that have already been announced for the once-off menu include: a Peanut Butter Miso play on Lyaness’ iconic Koji Hardshake, a poached pear and pecan praline Manhattan, Vantapink sorbet with black cherry oil, ‘Really Good Potato’ ice cream and an extra special Lyaness Sgroppino.
