Are you creative, enjoy making things and want to learn about stem cells and stem cell research in a fun way?
On Thursday 23 May the Florence Nightingale Museum in South Bank is hosting a free workshop where you’ll speak with stem cell scientists and learn how to embroider the stem cell images captured in their cutting-edge research.
Arrive early and explore the museum exhibits (doors open at 5:30pm), then grab a drink and relax while discovering what stem cells are and how they are being applied in research and future therapies, before getting creative and embroidering real research images to take home with you.
This is a free event - book your free tickets online here. A card and cash bar will be open during the event serving hot and cold drinks.
