For this edition of our free guided walking tour series South Bank Walks, we celebrate the contributions of some of London's most inspirational women with professional tour guide Lena Federico.

From stars of the stage and screen to war heroines, nursing pioneers, civic campaigners, champion sportswomen and even Barbie - this month's South Bank Walk is themed around South Bank's many inspirational women.

Hosted in celebration of International Women's Day, the guided tour is an opportunity to hear the incredible stories of bravery, ingenuity, dedication and talent of these inspirational women, and to learn more about their many achievements that are still felt today.

Meeting Point: The walk starts from outside the Garden Museum at 11am and ends at Gabriel's Wharf.
