10 years ago the iconic east London cocktail bar White Lyan opened its doors, kickstarting a mixology revolution that spun off into the Lyan group of global award-winning top bars that include the fabulous Lyaness at the Sea Containers London hotel in South Bank.
To celebrate their ten-year anniversary, award-winning mixologist Ryan Chetiyawardana (better known as Mr Lyan) and his team will be uniting five Lyan bars (and one restaurant) for a special pop-up taking place across the Sea Containers hotel.
For three days only, the ambitious celebration sees top bars Super Lyan, Silver Lyan, Cub, White Lyan, and the bar formerly known as ████lyan diligently and meticulously recreated - and crucially, manned by some of the key people who were involved in making them - in a series of hotel rooms across Sea Containers.
For the first (and certainly only) time ever, all Lyan venues past and present will be open for business at the same time in the same city and the same building. Tickets include a welcome drink, with access to all four pop-up bars and a cocktail in each (and access to the full menu), with an option to add in some limited edition souvenir swag too.
The Cub space (faithfully recreated in an exclusive Sea Containers hotel room) is also available during the celebration as a separate drinks-dining venue. Guests can book at the Cub pop-up for a five-course menu with five paired drinks executed by the legendary former Cub chefs Doug McMaster (Chef Owner, Silo) and Matthew Scott (Chef Owner, Papi). Note dinner tables are for two people only with one sitting per evening (at 6pm).
