When a storm swallows up their house, Anastasiia and her dog Djonnik have to look for a new one. Join them to explore what makes a house a home.
Through animated paintings and complementary music, children are taken on a journey through a fairytale-like world to find a house that feels like home again. This charming production by Ukrainian artist Anastasiia Liubchenko is staged at the Southbank Centre's Purcell Room and is inspired by the artist's own personal story of leaving her home in Ukraine.
Recommended for kids aged 2-7, this show is predominantly non-verbal with the story told through gesture, physicality, projection and visuals and is suitable for non-English speakers, audiences with English as a second language, or those with developing communication skills.
Note that this event is a 'Relaxed Performance (RP)', with a relaxed approach to noise and movement in the space. You are free to enter and exit during the performances and a chill-out space and noise-cancelling headphones are available for both adults and children.
