Setting out from the London Eye Pier, Thames Rockets is the fastest tour on the river!
Hop on board and get strapped in for an exhilarating speed boat excursion along the Thames, reaching speeds of up to 35mph as you zoom down the river. All tours are guided and you’ll get to pass some of London’s biggest sites along the way.
The 50-minute Ultimate London Adventure is a signature Thames Rockets experience combining lots of speed and classic sightseeing. Starting at the London Eye, the boat journeys down to Tower Bridge passing all the major sights like St Paul's, Tower of London, The Globe and HMS Belfast along the way. Then the 880 horsepower engines are revved up as you blast your way around the twist and turns of the Docklands towards Canary Wharf, before returning back to South Bank and disembarking again at the London Eye pier.
Suitable for all ages, if bringing kids along we’d recommend this experience for confident tweens and up. Check-in takes place at the pier 15 minutes prior to departure. Make sure to dress for the weather and bear in mind the potential to get wet. Ponchos are available on request.
