The food on offer is responsibly sourced and reasonably priced for its central London location. The Italian menu is classically focused - think pollo milanese, linguine di mare and pappardelle with lamb ragu. There's also a choice of stone-baked pizzas, all topped with fior di latte mozzarella and many of the dishes on the menu can be prepared as gluten-free. For kids, the two-course children's set menu is good value.

On sunny afternoons the terrace that opens onto the pedestrianised Forum Magnum Square is a great spot to sit and linger with an Aperol spritz. Newbies take note: the place gets busy on weekends, so book ahead!
