The Lasdun Bar summer terrace presents the chance to enjoy Lasdun's signature seasonal British fare in a new, sun-soaked setting on the Weston Terrace (overlooking the river above the theatre's grand lobby).
Seating 60, the bright and breezy new pop-up terrace looks right over the river and serves a light food menu, seasonal cocktails and Nyetimber English sparkling wine.
Signature items on the summer terrace food menu include a Dorset crab and mayonnaise bun; treacle-cured Tamworth ham and Lincolnshire poacher bun; smoked salmon and cucumber bun, and a goat’s curd, caper and watercress bun.
On the drinks side try refreshing serves like the Lasdun Summer Cup, Elderflower Tom Collins, the Lasdun Negroni or the Muz Vermouth and Soda.
