Located at The Sidings beneath Waterloo Station Rosarium presents an inventive all-day menu.

Start out with grazing dishes and elevated simple starters like Potted Portland crab with buttered muffins and Norfolk asparagus with soft-boiled egg and smoked hollandaise. For the mains, try quirky and inspired spins on London classics like Cider-braised Suffolk pork belly with apple miso, spiced bass with coconut rice and on Sundays an indulgent Sunday roast. There are also decadent sharing platters on the menu such as the roast Scottish hake with butterbean, chorizo, piquillo pepper and aioli, and for vegans plenty of elegant meat and dairy-free options.

For dessert, colour and flamboyance is order of the day with reimagined classic British puddings that evoke nostalgia including the deliciously tangy Peach melba galette and a fabulous Champagne trifle with raspberry and elderflower!

Conjured by top design house Faber, the vibrant interiors draw from the architecture of quintessential English gardens of the Victorian era. For special occasion dinners there’s a choice of extravagant showstopping dining spaces including an exclusive ‘secret garden’ which seats 32.
